Overview
The LT3000 CCIT is a precise leak detection system used to verify the seal integrity of containers holding injectable drugs and other rigid packaging. It can consistently find very small leaks to maintain quality and safety standards.
Vacuum decay leak testing is a
non-destructive technique used to check for leaks in
packaging, ensuring container closure integrity
(CCI). It can detect both large and very small
(micron-level) leaks in pharmaceutical, medical
device, and food packaging. This method is
recognized by ASTM under the F2338-09 standard and
is also acknowledged by the PDA as a consensus
standard for non-destructive package leak detection.
