This compact LT – 3000 is easily available and can be precisely adapted to individual or sector-specific requirements.

QUICK TEST

This test relates to increased productivity. With this test, the cycle time for relatively smaller volume part is reduced to a large extent, thus keeping leak rates as low as possible and within the specified limits.

PINCH TEST

We call this test ‘catch the miscreant’. With this test one can easily track and get rid of malpractice performed by the operator to pass the Leak part with OK identification.

BLOCKAGE PERCENTAGE CALCULATION

We offer highly accurate blockage test with blockage percentage calculation. It is capable of detecting blockage up to 10%.

GRAPHICAL REPRESENTATION

With this feature one can easily get the comparative analysis of data which is mostly demanded by the higher officials to make quick decisions as it gives the logical sequence with complete idea. Eventually it can be hanged on the notice board to raise attention of one and all in an organization.

AUTO VOLUME CALCULATION

Volume calculation has always been a very tedious and critical job. But now actual volume can be determined using Infinity’s controller. Actual volume will consist of Part Volume + Tubing Volume + controller’s internal volume.

AUTO PARAMETERS FILL / AUTO SETUP FEATURE

Given the leak rate and leak time, controller itself sets its prerequisite parameters like the fill time, stabilization time, etc. Thus the required best suited cycle time for that particular application part is determined by the controller itself to get the most precise results, thus optimising the cycle time as well.
