The cut to length machine uses the servo based motor control to cut the parts accurately. The servo motor is programmed in a manner such that the controller takes the length value automatically and cuts the part without any help of operator as well as any manual error with the accuracy 0.5mm. The customer can set the number of counts as per his requirement for the number of pieces. Also, if the user needs, the machine can cut different sets of cables at different lengths.
